Daniel Miller, "Volunteer" Indiana Census Worker, Accused of Beating & Raping Handicapped Woman

Daniel Miller, a “volunteer” census worker in Perkin, IN, is accused of beating and a physically handicapped woman, in her home after visiting her earlier last week. I called the Regional Census office, which is based Chicago, and I was told there were no “volunteer” census workers. I am not sure how this guy came to be described as such.

….That’s what Debbie Bishop thought last Tuesday when she met Daniel Miller. The self-employed tile-layer and volunteer Census worker drove up her road, stopping at the homes listed on his Census forms.

Police say that same Tuesday, Miller also stopped by Debbie’s neighbor’s house. Then, that Saturday, at 4:30 in the morning, police say he returned to her neighbor’s home, broke in, and beat and raped the 21-year-old physically handicapped woman who lives there with her mother.

Miller was transported to the Washington County Detention Center where he’s being held with no bond. He will appear in court on Monday. Source:  WHAS 11

This POS is a married and has two daughters. He deserves to be locked away in an Indiana prison for a very long time.
