SHAME: David Seth Couick, the 16 year old son of an associate pastor at Bible Baptist Tabernacle Church in Monroe, NC, was arrested and accused of sexual assaults on multiple children. Couick, 16, reportedly confessed to assaulting the children, ages six and seven. Some of the assaults allegedly took place at the church and the church’s school, Tabernacle Christian. Some reportedly took place at his home. He was a student at the school last year, according to WSOCTV. He is facing 24 felony counts of indecent liberties with a child and sexual acts with a child. The church said none of the assaults occurred during school hours or at supervised school functions. He was released from jail on a $20,000 bond. Shameful, shameful acts.
