Gunshots fired outside Applebee’s restaurant in Duluth, Ga., as two 49ers fans watching game get into an argument with a New Orleans Saints fan. The two 49ers fans are shot by the Saints fan when they leave the restaurant. Chris Middleton is in critical condition. The other was only grazed by a bullet. One of the men involved has been identified as Corey Adams, MyFoxAtlanta reports.

The shooting occurred in the parking lot of the Applebee’s on Pleasant Hill Road around 6:30 p.m. The man reportedly shot four to five shots at almost point blank range at the two other men and a woman as they left the restaurant before the end of the game. The gunman was upset that the 49ers were leading in the game. The police have the shooter in custody.
