Dorothy Campbell, who is black, returned home from a grocery store run yesterday, on Martin Luther King Jr. Day, to find “KKK” graffiti on her driveway and mailbox in Drummonds, TN. Ms. Campbell told WREG-TV, she was gone for about three hours and found the graffiti when she returned home just before 1:00p.m.
Campbell’s family has lived on Tate Road in Drummonds for almost 30 years. They were one of the first families to move there and remain the only African-American family on the street. She said they know their neighbors well and have never had problems with anyone. Source: WREG-TV
