The National Association for the Advancement of Colored People, NAACP, issued a statement following Mitt Romney’s speech at their annual convention this morning, saying: “This morning Governor Romney laid out his policy agenda for this nation. Unfortunately, much of his agenda is at odds with what the NAACP stands for – whether the issue is equal access to affordable health care, reforming our education system or the path forward on marriage equality. We appreciate that he was courageous and took the opportunity to speak with us directly.” Damn, he just wasted his time going there to speak, didn’t he.

    It was sold as $980 billion and now it is up to $1,780 billion!!!

    Do you REALLY believe that the NAACP is worried about REDUCING COSTS OF CARE or COST SHIFTING off of “The Least Of These”?

    IF the IRS is already telling us that UNLIKE A REAL TAX – no one will go to jail for failing to pay the TAX PENALTY for not buying health care – WHAT DID WE REALLY GET besides a SCHEME that is going to receive REFORM in about 5 years by which the PROGRESSIVE TAX SYSTEM (meaning free for the Least of these) is imposed upon this Health Care scheme?

    WHY didn’t you INSPECT THE VERACITY OF THE NAACP’S position INSTEAD OF worrying about where Obama or Romney stands compared to them?

    Did the NAACP’S position warn Black people in Detroit about the ominous future they faced OR did they rubber stamp all of the elected officials there becuase they were NOT Republicans?
