***ANDREA SNEIDERMAN FOUND GUILTY OF NINE COUNTS OF 13 COUNTS IN MURDER OF HUSBAND RUSTY SNEIDERMAN.***
Andrea Sneiderman was arrested Thursday morning and charged in the November 2010 murder of her husband Russell Sneiderman outside a Dunwoody day-care center. Sneiderman was arrested at about 10:45 a.m. Thursday by Putnam County Sheriff’s deputies at her home on Lake Oconee and transported to the DeKalb County jail, the AJC reports.
Andrea Sneiderman’s arrests comes five months after her boss and alleged lover, Hemy Neuman was found guilty of Rusty Sneiderman’s murder, but mentally ill. He is serving a life sentence without parole at the Diagnostic and Classification Center in Jackson.
Rusty Sneiderman’s family has always maintained that there was more to the relationship with Hemy Neuman than Andrea Sneiderman was letting on. Sneiderman has been charged with malice murder, attempted murder, insurance fraud, racketeering and two counts of perjury and false statements. In other words, if she’s found guilty, she won’t see freedom for decades.
