Columbia SC Teen Gabrielle Chloe Swainson Missing Since August 18 (Black and Missing)
We are appealing to anyone who has seen 15 year old Columbia, SC, teen Gabrielle Chloe Swainson to call police right away. The teen went missing from her home August 18, 2012, when her mother left her in bed at 3:30 a.m. and she then returned at 7:30 to find the alarm going off and the teen missing.

If you have any information, please contact the police or the Black and Missing Foundation. Gabrielle Chloe Swainson wears braces. Police don’t believe she is a runaway, but that this was an abduction.
UPDATE#1 (08/29/12): Police arrested family friend Freddie Grant, in the abduction of Gabrielle Swainson. Police now say they have evidence he may have entered the home that morning. Freddie Grant has a criminal history that includes an arrest for aggravated assault with a weapon July 1988; cocaine trafficking, not prosecuted October 1990; cocaine selling, cocaine possession February 1988; disorderly conduct, resisting officer without violence July 1988. He refuses to talk to police or help them in any way in reference to Gabby Swainson’s disappearance.
Blood has been found on duct tape in his residence. That blood has been determined to be Gabby’s blood. Freddie Grant had been cutting the grass for Gabby’s mother that Friday afternoon before she went missing, according to a law enforcement agent.
