– New Hampshire County GOP Sheriff candidate Frank Szabo (R), quoted by Bedford Patch, has refused to walk-back comments that deadly force is an appropriate means to prevent abortion.
He compared abortion to slavery: ”It used to be legal to own slaves, but that didn’t make it lawful. It used to be legal to restrict someone of color to the back of bus … Just because a piece of legislation says it’s legal to murder the unborn doesn’t make it lawful.”
I just love how women’s rights are being attacked and the female Republican lawmakers seem to have caught a bad case of laryngitis, since we haven’t heard peep out of any of them. Just a bunch of rich white men telling women what to do with their bodies.
