Otis Ricks Arrested in the Murder of Atlanta Bar Owner Vanessa Elaine Thrasher, More Arrests Expected

BLACK-ON-BLACK CRIME:  Otis Ricks has been arrested in the murder of Atlanta bar owner Vanessa Elaine Thrasher, who was murdered at her O. T.’s Lounge and Soul Food Grill. Otis Ricks, 23,  was arrested at the Hotel Magnolia on Old National Highway and the police spokeswoman said more arrests are expected.
