Rep. Todd Akin, who was blacklisted for his “legitimate rape” comment has put his foot in his mouth again — on the heels of saying Claire McCaskill’s performance at the Missouri Senate debate wasn’t “ladylike,” he is now saying her demeanor at the debate was that liked letting a “wildcat out of the cage.”
Akin told supporters Thursday, “The first two minutes, wow, it’s like somebody let a wildcat out of the cage. She was just furious and attacking in every different direction, which was a little bit of a surprise to us,” according to the Los Angeles Times.
