According to a new study by researchers at Stanford University and the Veterans Affairs Palo Alto Health Care System, organic produce and meat are no different from conventional varieties when it comes to vitamins and nutrient content. In other words, organic food aren’t worth ponying up the extra cash. From a health perspective organic foods lower exposure to pesticides and antibiotic resistant bacteria.
