I knew it was a matter of time before we heard from Whoopi Goldberg and her response to Mitt Romney’s diss about appearing on The View. She went on Twitter and let Mitt Romney know how she really feels calling him a “confused candidate” who “flushed his ideals down the drain, “sheds ideas faster than a snake sheds skin” and also dinged him on his multiple choice stance on many issues, such as healthcare.
Romney had this to say about “The View” (during the same closed-door event in which he slammed 47 percent of Americans as deadbeats who should learn to be responsible:
“‘The View’ is high risk because of the five women on it,” Romney said at the time. “Only one is conservative and four are sharp-tongued and not conservative, Whoopi Goldberg in particular. Although the last time I was on the show, she said to me, ‘You know what? I think I could vote for you.’ And I said, ‘I must have done something really wrong.’” Source
