Another unarmed black teen has died under suspicious circumstances in Florida, months after Trayvon Martin was killed by George Zimmerman in central Florida. Jordan Russell Davis was killed by Michael David Dunn, the 45 year old vice president of Dunn & Dunn Data Systems in Vero Beach, who was reportedly in Jacksonville for his son’s wedding last weekend.

Jordan Russell Davis, 17, and several other teenagers were sitting in a sport utility vehicle in the parking lot when Dunn pulled up next to them in a car and asked them to turn down their music, [Jacksonville sheriff's Lt. Rob] Schoonover said.

Jordan and Dunn exchanged words, and Dunn pulled a gun and shot eight or nine times, striking Jordan twice, Schoonover said. Jordan was sitting in the back seat. No one else was hurt.Dunn’s attorney Monday said her client acted responsibly and in self-defense. She did not elaborate. Source

Michael David Dunn is invoking the “Stand Your Ground” law that was used by George Zimmerman as his defense for shooting Trayvon Martin in Sanford nearly nine months ago. Dunn was arrested and charged with murder and attempted murder. He is being held without bail. Jordan Russell Davis’ funeral will take place on December 1.

I am trying to figure out how this shooting could be deemed as in self-defense when Jordan Russell Davis was seated in the back of a SUV and not face to face with Michael David Dunn. Retaliating over trash-talking doesn’t rise to the level of self-defense.

LMAO:  Protesters occupy John Boehner’s House office Tuesday. Um, all I can hear is Rodney Dangerfield saying, “I get no respect” and crying at the same time, as John Boehner is known to do.LOL. This all went down at his office in the Longworth House Office building in Washington D.C. ABC News reports U. S. Capitol Police public information officer Shennell Antrobus confirmed: “three females arrested for lewd and indecent acts in the Speaker’s Longworth office. Demonstrators disbursed that area.” The group was protesting potential budget cuts to AIDS programs. CLICK HERE to view photograph.

Third Man Accuses Elmo Puppeteer Kevin Clash of Underage Relationship, Called Him ‘Mr. Tickler’

Third accuser steps forward in the former Elmo puppeteer, Kevin Clash, underage sex scandal. The unidentified accuser, now 29, said he used to call him “Mr. Tickler” and game they played was father and son.

Daily Mail:  The suit filed in Manhattan Federal Court today details how the accuser, known only as John Doe, was contacted by Clash on a gay chat line called Powerchat and they met in Clash’s upscale Manhattan apartment in 2000. The puppeteer used an alias, giving his name as Craig and claiming to be 30 when in fact he was 40.

In an explosive book manuscript revealed at a press conference in New York today and written by the alleged victim, now 29, he writes: ‘Mr Tickler is what I will call him and the game we played was father and son. We first met when I was 16 and there was no intercourse, lots of heavy kissing and he showed me what it felt like to get on your knees and obey your man.’

I expect more accusers to come forward. If the allegations are true, Kevin Clash should be arrested for child molestation and rape.

Devon Sawyer Charged with Murder in Death of Stepson 2 YO Michael Weeks in Atlanta Home

Another toddler was murdered over the Thanksgiving holiday weekend.  Devon Sawyer, the stepfather of Michael Weeks, 2, was arrested for his murder. Michael Weeks suffered cardiac arrest and had bruises on his chest and thighs, according to the AJC.

The child’s mother, Danielle Calhoun, had left him in her husband’s care when she went shopping. Devon Sawyer initially told police he and the boy had taken a nap and when he woke up he found Michael unresponsive.

The AJC reports, on Tuesday morning, Calhoun told Channel 2 that an autopsy revealed her son had been abused.

It seems someone named Camilia Terry left a comment on the Yahoo News article about adoption on November 21, 2012, saying she had a three year old son she wanted to put up for adoption because he had a lot of problems and the father was rarely around. The body of Emilliano Terry was found in a waste management facility Monday, November 26 after she reported him missing November 25. Fox News stopped living up to its “fair and balanced” motto a long time ago and I am not surprised that one of their mouth pieces Charles Payne took the position that the victims of the Bangladesh garment factor fire should be  “thankful for their jobs.” Um, I guess he should be too, since he can get away with spewing such venom at Fox News, or Faux News as I like to call the media arm of the Republican Party.

Charles Payne appeared on Neil Cavuto’s show and excused Sunday’s fire as a “rare event,” saying that those who criticized the factory’s unsafe conditions are just trying to pin the fire on Wal-Mart and other major corporations. Wal-Mart has a history of selling some inferior products and don’t expect them to hold their suppliers to the highest industry standards. I guess those people fall in the 47 percent that Republicans loathe, so who cares what happens to them. They should just take it all in and be grateful.

At the very minimum, Tazreen Factories, which makes garments not only for Wal-Mart, but also for J. C. Penney and H&M, should have made sure it met safety requirements. It had no “functioning fire extinguishers and when the fire broke out, managers allegedly locked the doors and told factory workers to “go back to their stations,” the Inquisitr reports. It’s a stretch not to pin the blame on the companies that do business with this factory and the Bangladeshi government.

Talae Akei Thomas murders newborn son Chase Harrelson because she thought he was the devil.

JESUS TAKE THE WHEEL: Another child has been killed by his mother. Talae Akei Thomas, 30, murdered her newborn son, allegedly telling the police she drowned Chase Harrelson because she believed he was the devil.

Daily Mail:  Thomas told officers ‘I drowned the devil that was in my baby’ after the newborn ‘started talking’ to her, according to a police statement. ‘My baby died five weeks ago in the hospital,’ Thomas said in the statement obtained by the Associated Press.

‘I brought the devil home; mine died in the hospital after they did CPR on him. The baby started talking to me and I knew he was the devil.  ‘He was the devil, so I killed him. I drowned the devil that was in my baby,’ the affidavit said.

Thomas, who is a Christian, was arrested on November 16 after police found her lying in the street in Plant City, Florida, and she told them she had lost her baby.  When officers searched her apartment they found Chase’s body floating in a bathtub, according to a report in The Huffington Post

Why are these women having these children only to murder them? This is heinous and if anyone is the devil, it’s Talae Akei Thomas. This comes as Camilia Terry murdered her son, three year old Emilliano Terry, and threw his body in the trash.

ABC News:  Sacha Dratwa posted the photo in late September, but since the furor he has restricted access to his account. A screengrab of the original post circulating online showed that it drew mixed reactions, with one commenter saying, “You know this is racist, yeah?”

In the photo, Dratwa appears to be smeared in mud from the Dead Sea, a popular activity for many visiting and living in Israel. Dratwa responded to a user on Twitter accusing him of racism saying, “I’m not a racist, please stop [spreading] lies about me.” He also posted a response on Facebook saying the firestorm around the photo misrepresents his opinions and is a “cynical use of the information” on his profile.

“I am, and have always been, completely candid about my beliefs and have nothing to hide,” wrote Dratwa on Sunday. “The aforementioned photos do not reflect my beliefs and have no bearing whatsoever on my position in the IDF.”
