The second Oregon mall shooting victim has been identified as Cindy Ann Yuille, 54. Steven Forsyth (Steve Forsyth), who owned a business in the mall, was also killed.   Kristina Shevchenko, 15 , was wounded. Gunman Jacob Tyler Roberts reportedly died from a self-inflicted gunshot wound. Steve Forsyth, 45, founded and operated Big Feat Marketing.
