Was Grayson High School, Ga., teen Paul Sampleton killed because of his expensive sneaker collection? The teen was found murdered in his Haynescrest Drive home Wednesday afternoon. He was home early because metro Atlanta high schools had a half-day for final exams this week.
Police said there was evidence of a robbery at the scene and they are exploring several possible motives. Sampleton’s peers believe one of the motives may involve the teen’s extensive shoe collection.
They said he frequented a Facebook site called ATATF, also known as ADDICTED TO ALL THINGS FRESH. The site offers people a chance to sell and swap high-priced sneakers and other items. Source
