It seems that actor Terrence Howard may be going over his own fiscal cliff. The “Red Tails” star was sued by American Express in November for an unpaid balance of $33,474.79, according to court documents.
The complaint, which was filed in the Los Angeles Superior Court on November 30, charges against the actor individually, as well as his company, Al Chemist Productions Inc. American Express is also seeking ten percent interest from the date the suit was filed.
