Arthur Douglas Harmon, 70, has been identified as the suspect in the Phoenix office building shooting Wednesday. Police have entered a house owned by Harmon in the 14600 block of North 28th Street in Phoenix and came out a few minutes later without incident or a suspect.
Three people were shot, one died. Mark Hummels, a partner with Osborn Maledon and president of the Phoenix chapter of the Federal Bar Association, is among the wounded, said Larry Hammond, a partner with the firm, AZ Central reports.
This latest shooting comes days after Stanwood Fred Elkus shot Dr. Ronald Gilbert at Orange Coast Urology in Newport Beach, CA.
UPDATED: A body was found near a vehicle matching the Kia Optima Arthur Douglas Harmon was last seen in, outside Bass Pro Shops in Mesa Thursday morning.
