MLK DAY GUN VIOLENCE: Five people were shot Monday afternoon in New Orleans after the Martin Luther King Jr. Day parade. WWL reports, the New Orleans Police Department said a gunman in a white sedan shot at five teenagers in front of a store on Martin Luther King Jr. Blvd. near LaSalle St. around 1 p.m. The injuries are not life-threatening.
