Ammar Harris ID’d as Suspect in Las Vegas Strip Drive-By Shooting that Killed Kenny Clutch, 2 Others

Police have found the black Range Rover in the Las Vegas drive-by shooting that killed rapper Kenneth Cherry, AKA Kenny Clutch, and taxi-driver Michael Boldon and his passenger Sandi Sutton-Wasmund. Ammar Harris has been identified as a suspect.

According to media reports, the vehicle was found Saturday afternoon at an apartment complex east of the Las Vegas Strip. Ammar Harris has a criminal history that includes kidnapping and pandering.

Kenny Clutch crashed his Maserati into Michael Boldon’s taxi, which then erupted into flames. Ammar Harris Harris, who is thought to have been the shooter, is about 5’11″ and 180 pounds. He has brown hair and brown eyes.

SHAMEFUL: Three students at Red River High School in North Dakota are in hot water after they donned Ku Klux Klan-style white robes and hoods Friday night during a state hockey semifinal game at the Ralph Engelstad Arena. The photograph of the three was taken by Shane Schuster, who uploaded it to Twitter where it caused an uproar.

Red River’s principal, Kristopher Arason, said the school’s investigation found that the students put on the attire after Red River’s first goal and wore it for about 30 seconds to a minute. Um, that’s 30 seconds to a minute too long. The actions of the three students was clearly planned and very offensive.

Wearing white at a hockey game doesn’t mean donning KKK-style garb. This was offensive and should not be excused with a slap on the wrist.

Rev. Donald R. Jung, pastor of the Second Baptist Church in La Grange, was charged with predatory criminal sexual assault of a child, which is a Class X felony, CBS Chicago reports. He was arrested following an investigation into allegations of inappropriate sexual conduct between Jung and a juvenile.

Pastor Jung, 59, is currently being held on $750,000 bond. He reportedly drove to Milwaukee to pick up three females and drove them to his home in La Grange where he sexually assaulted a nine-year old girl, the Chicago Tribune reported.

MC Hammer was arrested and booked into a Dublin jail Thursday for allegedly obstructing a police officer at the Hacienda Crossing Shopping Center, KTVU reports. The platinum selling rapper claims he was the victim of racial profiling.

Hammer, who currently heads a MMA athlete management company, tweeted about the incident, saying that it started when a “chubby elvis looking dude was tapping on my car window, I rolled down the window and he said, ‘Are you on parole or probation?’”

“While I was handing him my ID he reached in my car and tried to pull me out the car but forgot he was on a steady donut diet,” tweeted Hammer. “It was comical to me until he pulled out his guns, blew his whistle and yelled for help (MallCop).”

Hammer was booked into Santa Rita Jail that night and released after being cited, according to the Alameda County Sheriff’s Office.

PA Supreme Court Justice Joan Orie Melvin, Two Sisters Found Guilty of Corruption

Justice Joan Orie Melvin (R) became the “second known Supreme Court justice to be convicted in nearly three centuries” in the U.S. Justice Joan Orie Melvin, who was “a member of Pennsylvania’s highest court was convicted Thursday of corrupting the election process in her campaigns to win a seat on the bench, triggering renewed calls to change the system of electing state judges,” the AP reports.

In addition to Justice Orie Melvin being charged with a crime, her two sisters are also mired in criminal proceedings. This is a real family affair. According to media reports, Orie Melvin and her older sister, Janine Orie, were convicted of theft-of-service charges and other crimes, while their younger sister, former senator, Jane Orie, was convicted last year and is serving up to 10 years in prison for illegally using staff to work on her campaigns. All three sisters were charged as part of the same conspiracy — using Melvin’s state-funding judicial staff and the state-funded staff of Jane Orie, to campaign for the Supreme Court when Melvin was a Superior Court judge in 2003 and 2009.

The sisters are staunch Republicans who are crying foul, saying their prosecution was the result of a political vendetta by Allegheny County District Attorney Stephen Zappala Jr., who is a Democrat, because they opposed the expansion of legalized gambling. Um, really? Talk about the rise and fall of a political family.

First Lady Michelle Obama Busts a Move on Dance Floor on “Late Night with Jimmy Fallon”

First Lady Michelle Obama appeared on ‘Late Night with Jimmy Fallon,’ Friday night and their dance skit, “Mom Dancing,” was hilarious. Of course, there will be critics, but Mrs. O is down-to-earth and fun. Michelle Obama was also interviewed by ‘Good Morning America’s‘ Robin Roberts and health guru Dr. Oz, as part of the three-year anniversary of her Let’s Move!  campaign to fight childhood obesity.

The first lady also joked about the 2016 presidential election when asked by Jimmy Fallon about a Hillary Clinton-Michelle Obama ticket. Michelle Obama said, “You know, I have my eye actually on another job. And I hear that when Jay Leno retires that ‘The Tonight Show’ position is going to open and I’m thinking about putting my hat in the ring.” Fallon replied, “I got my hat in the ring.”

Soledad O’Brien lost her morning show, “Starting Point,” and isn’t going quietly. She said she losing her show is ‘win-win’ because the show was understaffed and was essentially ignored. O’Brien told the Huffington Post, “we did not get a lot of promotion. We did not get a lot of marketing. We weren’t fully staffed,’ she said in an interview with the . That’s just what happened.” Erin Burnett and Chris Cuomo will likely take over her time slot.

The management at CNN are crazy for allowing Jeff Zucker to sack Soledad O’Brien. She was one of the best journalists on the network. I have never watched an interview conducted by Erin Burnett in which she asked the tough questions like Soledad O’Brien. That’s just insane but I am sure she will land on her feet.

O’Brien is reportedly planning to enter a production partnership with CNN. Her new company, Starfish Media, will provide documentaries and other programs for airing on CNN including her ‘In America’ series, Huffington Post reports.
