James Taylor, in-school suspension coordinator for Sugar Creek Charter School in Charlotte, NC, was fired after being charged with raping a 12 year old student inside the school sometime in January.
James Taylor, 38, who faces seven felony charges, including two counts of child rape, is being held on $320,000 bond. The Charlotte Observer reports Taylor worked as the ISS coordinator for the last three to four years.
Taylor was also charged with two counts of indecent liberties with a student and two counts of indecent liberties with a child.
