ROSA PARKS STAMP:  The U.S. Postal Service has issued a special Rosa Parks stamp, commemorating the civil rights icon’s 100th birthday. Rosa Parks was born Feb. 4, 1913, in Tuskegee. The stamp went on sale Monday and is one of several events scheduled to honor Rosa Parks, who was arrested in 1955 for refusing to give up her seat on a Montgomery, Ala., bus to a white man.
