Birmingham Shooting: 2 Year Old Boy Dies After Being Shot by Uncle During Domestic Dispute

BIRMINGHAM SHOOTING:  Birmingham police say a 2-year-old boy, Nazario Boykins, died after being shot by his uncle, Andre Boykins Jr., during a domestic dispute at a home in 900 block of 8th Avenue West. Andre Boykins Jr. has been arrested on attempted murder charges, which are expected to be upgraded to murder since Nazario Boykins died this afternoon.

The Birmingham shooting comes on the heels of the murder of 13 month old Baby Antonio as he slept in his stroller, when his mother, Sherry West, was wounded during a robbery attempt. DeMarquise Elkins and a 14 year old are facing murder charges in the Brunswick GA shooting.
