Retired Special Education Teacher, Son Killed in S. Houston House

SOUTH HOUSTON DOUBLE HOMICIDE:  A retired special education teacher, son killed early Saturday morning, in their home, located in the 7100 block of Bahia Lane in South Houston. Police are looking for a 2001 black Dodge Dakota pickup, with the license plate BLS 7589. Police say no weapons were recovered at the scene, but both victims died from multiple gun shot wounds. The retired school teacher, who was referred to as “Mama Turner,” previously taught at Willowridge High School in the Fort Bend school district.

KHOU reports that Keith Turner, the son of the murdered woman and older brother of the male victim, is a person of interest in the double homicide.
