Atlanta megachurch pastor Wiley Jackson waived his arraignment Friday in DeKalb County Court on securities fraud charges. Jackson, who is the senior pastor at Gospel Tabernacle Church, and his brother, Rodney Jackson, were named in an eight-count indicted last December over a questionable investment Genesis LLC.
Former members of Gospel Tabernacle invested money with company, which was not licensed to issue investment contracts.
The indictment lists Abbey Shanks, Jo-Lynn Gilliam and Sharon Stone as investors who lost money in the venture.
It is not clear when Pastor Wiley Jackson will be brought to trail on the charges.
