Dallas Fire-Rescue Capt. Kenny Harris was confirmed dead in the West Fertilizer plant explosion, a spokesman for the department disclosed Thursday. Capt. Kenny Harris, who lived in West, was not a volunteer firefighter for the city, but responded when he heard the news of the fire that broke out Wednesday night at the fertilizer plant.
Capt. Kenny Harris, 52, was a father to three adult sons. Our deepest sympathies go out to Capt. Kenny Harris’ family, and all the victims of this disaster.
