Seven Students Killed When EF-5 Tornado Levels Plaza Towers Elementary School

The Medical Examiner said seven students were killed when an EF-5 tornado levels Plaza Towers Elementary School.

BREAKING: MSNBC’s Chris Matthews is reporting that 24 third grade students are believed to have been killed as an EF-4 tornado hit Plaza Towers Elementary School in Moore, Okla. These reports are unconfirmed reports.

The tornado also hit Briarwood Elementary School, but it seems Plaza Towers took the brunt of the devastation. Seven students have reportedly drowned at Plaza Towers. The third grade class reportedly sought shelter in the hallway that was wiped out.

The recovery has taken an ominous turn, as search and rescue efforts now search and recovery at Plaza Towers Elementary. Another sad day in America.
