An arrest warrant has been issued for New England Patriots TE Aaron Hernandez on obstruction charges connected to the murder of semi-professional football player Odin Lloyd near his home.
Hernandez reportedly destroyed his home security system, which included video surveillance. Investigators believe it was intentionally smashed. A cell phone that was used by Aaron Hernandez was handed over to investigators “in pieces” by his attorneys, CBS News reports. Further, investigators want to know why a team of house cleaners were hired on Monday to scrub his mansion.
Aaron Hernandez and Odin Lloyd were seen together at a bar earlier in the night.
