Los Angeles police arrested Nathan Campbell, 38, on suspicion of intentionally driving into crowds at the Venice Beach boardwalk, killing Alice Gruppioni of Italy, and injuring others.
Nathan Campbell is being held on $1 million bail and was booking for investigation of murder. He turned himself in to police about two hours after the attack Saturday evening. No motive has been released for the attack.
Alice Gruppioni, from Rastignano, Italy, was on her honeymoon in the Los Angeles area, after getting married July 20th. Her husband was among the 11 injured.
