LOL: Former Vice President Dick Cheney slammed President Obama as a weak president after the president delivered a foreign policy speech that was a rebuke of the Bush administration, The Hill reports.

Dick Cheney: “He is a very, very weak president. Maybe the weakest — certainly in my lifetime.”

Cheney went on to say that during a recent trip to the Middle East, allies he had “dealt with all the way back to Desert Storm” expressed alarm at the president’s handling of foreign policy.

“They all are absolutely convinced that the American capacity to lead and influence in that part of the world has been dramatically reduced by this president,” Cheney said. “We’ve got a problem with weakness, and it’s centered right in the White House.”

In his speech, Obama said that those who “suggest that America is in decline, or has seen its global leadership slip away, are either misreading history or engaged in partisan politics.”

In an implicit rebuke of the foreign policy practiced in the Bush Administration, Obama said he would betray his duty to the troops if he dispatched them every time somewhere in the world “needed fixing, or because I was worried about critics who think military intervention is the only way for America to avoid looking weak.”

Oh, the irony of that comment….I’m just saying. Consider the source of this rebuke. Dick Cheney, really? A man who is a proven liar, not once, but many, many times.

This comes as applications for US unemployment benefits fell to 300,000 last week, near a seven-year low. Let me also add that Vladimir Putin blinked in the Ukraine standoff as well, but the right will never admit Obama achieved anything.

President Obama is the best PROGRESSIVE President in American history:

    1) He got his Progressive Base to stop protesting against American Imperialism

    2) He got his friends in the media (MSNBC) to talk about Benghazi as a “Republican Attack On The Black President) instead of an American CIA infestation of an African nation

    3) While the American government bombed YEMEN – a nation of color with DRONES – when it came to Russia – a White nation who can manifest EQUAL AND OPPOSITE VIOLENCE against any attacker – Obama got Black Americans to focus on how the REPUBLICANS are calling the Black President WEAK – instead of how the Black President’s “selective use of POWER” is in line with a nations POWER to defend itself against aggression

    4) The first PRESIDENT OF THE UNITED STATES who was called a VICTIM OF RACISM from a powerless faction called “The Tea Party” – while he got to press to ignore protest from people of color – Pakistanis, South Africans and Libyans who said that this BLACK PRESIDENT was just as VIOLENT as the 43 other White men before him

    5) Most of all – this President got the Americanized Blacks to fight RACISM against their DOMESTIC White Right Wing enemies – as a means of purchasing their silence on many of the other points that they typically identify as RACIST AND WHITE SUPREMACIST

    6) After more than 50 years of receiving the Black Community INVESTMENTS – into his party – the Black unemployment rate STILL remaining double that of WHITE FOLKS – President Obama has many Americanized Blacks living vicariously through HIS stature and economic policy results as expressed through the MONTHLY JOBS CREATION NUMBERS.

    this is indeed PROGRESSIVE POWER.
No so much good for the DEVELOPMENT OF THE BLACK COMMUNITY – though.
