Olga Woltering, of Georgia, and Terry Andres, of Virginia, were identified as two of the five people killed by Esteban Santiago during a shooting at the Fort Lauderdale airport on Friday.
Woltering was scheduled to leave on a cruise from Florida on Saturday with her husband to celebrate his 90th birthday. Members of the Transfiguration Catholic Church where the couple attended posted condolences on the Facebook page.
Andres, who had worked at the Norfolk Naval Shipyard, volunteered with the Virginia Beach fire department. He was due to celebrate his 63rd birthday.
Santiago opened fire as passengers collected their baggage in the terminal on Friday.
Michael Oehme, of Council Bluffs, Iowa, was also identified as one of the victims in the shooting.
Police say Santiago used a 9 mm semi-automatic handgun during the attack.
