Donald Trump, who obviously has nothing to do, has another meltdown over crowd size stemming from the New England Patriots White House visit on Wednesday.
Trump attacked the New York Times in his first, but predictable, tweet of the day: “Failing @, which has been calling me wrong for two years, just got caught in a big lie concerning New England Patriots visit to W.H.”

Um, nearly half of the team did not show up, most because of their opposition to Mr. Trump and his policies. That’s just like his inauguration crowd. It was far less than the turnout for President Obama’s inauguration in 2009. By the way, the New York Times is not failing, but truth means nothing to this man, who is a pathological liar.
The New England Patriots tweeted a response to the New York Times picture yesterday. This most likely was at the wish of Trump, who seems to have a fixation on crowd size in relation to former President Obama. Yep, it has Trump tiny fingers all over this tweet.
These photos lack context. Facts: In 2015, over 40 football staff were on the stairs. In 2017, they were seated on the South Lawn. https://t.co/iIYtV0hR6Y

It’s shameful that the New England Patriots’ leadership is playing along with Trump in this silly game. What a disgrace.
