Georgia Secretary of State Brian Kemp opens an investigation into new claims of irregularities in the Atlanta mayoral runoff election between Keisha Lance Bottoms and Mary Norwood.

It is not clear what those claims of irregularities are, but Norwood is a sore loser who has cried foul after losing a previous mayoral race to Kasim Reed. She was accused of using racially-coded language about black voters in Atlanta.

Lance Bottoms beat Norwood by 832 votes.
