Ethiopian Immigrant Asrat Mulugeta Beaten with Brick at E-Z Parking Lot in Philadelphia

SHAME:  A Philadelphia parking lot attendant, Asrat Mulugeta, 30, was beaten with a brick Wednesday night at the E-Z Parking lot at 1309 Locust Street. Mulugeta, an Ethiopian immigrant, is listed in critical condition in an area hospital. E-Z Parking is offering a $10,000 reward which is being administered by the Citizens Crime Commission.

The surveillance video below shows three people, two women and a man with long dreadlocks, who were talking with Asrat Mulugeta. Police said the man attacked Mulugeta with a single blow to the head, according to NBCPhiladelphia. All three then left the scene in a cab. Have you seen this man, Omar Cohall? Police want to talk to him in the fatal beating of his sister, Heather Wright, in her Brooklyn, NY, apartment Saturday afternoon. According to the NY Post, neighbors called police after hearing Heather Wright screaming inside her Flatbush apartment. She suffered severe head trauma and was pronounced dead at the scene.

Gun Violence Across U.S. Continues with Murder of Teen George Howard on Chicago’s South Side

The gun violence against our youth continues with the murder of Chicago teen George Howard, 15, Monday evening near Washington Park on the city’s south side. George Howard died from  a gunshot wound to the neck at about 8 p.m.

While George Howard and three others were in the hallway of an apartment building at East 53rd Street and South Martin Luther King Drive when someone jumped out of a car, walked in the front door and opened fire, NBC Chicago reports. A neighbor told the NBC affiliate that there were  warnings earlier in the day “to get off the block” because “something was going to happen.”

More gun violence to report. Detroit police are seeking more answers from the public in the shooting death of nine-month old Delric Miller, who was killed in the living room of a home on the city’s west side early Monday morning. Police believe the shooting was gang-related and an AK-47 rifle was used.

Police Chief Ralph Godbee tells WWJ-AM on Tuesday morning that investigators continue to seek tips from the public following the shooting about 4:30 a.m. Monday. He says they’ve intensified patrol efforts in the area as they seek information.

FOX 2′s Al Allen reports Crime Stoppers of Michigan is offering a $5,000 reward for information on the case. Citizens can make an anonymous call to 1-800-SPEAK-UP. Source: MyFoxDetroit

Peggy Molden, 66, and Nephew Donald McCollough Found Shot to Death in Newton County GA Home

Peggy Molden, 66, and her nephew Donald McCollough, 56, were found shot to death inside a Newton County home in what investigators are calling a double homicide.

Responding to a medical alert triggered around 9:30 a.m., sheriff’s deputies and paramedics rushed to the house in the 100 block of Tempie Lane near Covington.

“They arrived and saw a person down through the window,” Lt. Keith Crum told the Atlanta Journal-Constitution. “They entered and found the two bodies.” Source: AJC

Donald Ray Ayro was arrested for shooting Christopher Middleton (Chris Middleton) and Corey Adams outside a Duluth, Ga., Applebee’s restaurant Saturday evening. Donald Ray Ayro, a Saints fan, got into an argument with the two men, who are 49ers fans, as they ate at the restaurant. He was upset because the 49ers were winning the game. He then left the restaurant and shot the two men in the parking lot as they tried to leave the restaurant located on Pleasant Hill Drive. Chris Middleton is listed in critical condition, while Corey Adams was grazed by a bullet in his head.

Donald Ray Ayro has been charged with two counts of aggravated assault, being a felon in possession of a firearm and possession of a firearm during the commission of a felony. This animal is being held without bond at the Gwinnett County Jail. Dumbass. e was taken to Gwinnett County Jail and held without bond.

NIU Student Steven Agee II Fatally Shot at Off-Campus Party, Chaz Thrailkill Charged with Murder

Northern Illinois University student Steven Agee II fatally shot after fight escalates at off-campus party, Chaz Thrailkill arrested & charged with murder.

Northern Illinois University student Steven Agee II was killed early Wednesday morning after a fight escalated at an off-campus party. Agee was shot in the chest and pronounced dead at a local hospital.

The police officers, who are now seeking the man who killed Agee, issued a campus alert advising the campus community to “use caution, be alert and to avoid unnecessary travel at this time,” according to NBC Chicago.

DeKalb police are looking for a black male, about 20 years old, between 5-foot-8 and 5-foot-11 with a dark complexion, NBC Chicago said. This seems to be another case of black-on-black crime.

UPDATE 11/24/11:  Chaz Thrailkill, 19, of Markham, was charged with first-degree murder in the murder of Steven Agee, DeKalb police said.

100 Detroit DOT Bus Drivers Refuse to Drive Buses After Driver Beaten by Teens, passengers left stranded.

About 100 Detroit DOT bus drivers refuse to drive buses after driver beaten by teens Thursday. It took police officers 30 minutes to arrive on the scene. That leaves passengers who rely on these buses stranded and scrambling to find alternate means of transportation. Still, I don’t blame the drivers one bit. Something has to be done before a bus driver ends up dead.

WWJ’s Scott Ryan spoke with Henry Gaffney, spokesman for the D-DOT bus drivers union AFL-CIO Local 26, who said this was not an organized maneuver by the union. Gaffney said it’s a matter of bus drivers fearing for their safety, citing an incident that happened Thursday afternoon.

Gaffney said bus safety is an ongoing problem. “If it’s to the point where if the driver is not safe on the bus, then the passengers are not safe, then the citizens are not safe. You know, what about them too? We have no security, you can’t get the police, nobody is doing anything to protect us. And I’ve been begging the mayor and the council for two years to do something to help us,” said Gaffney. Source

The parents of these wayward kids need to shoulder the blame for their actions. They are literally terrorizing innocent people and for what? You know they don’t  have these problems in the suburbs. No, it all happens in the “hood” where black-on-black crime is the norm.
