The letters Matthew Ryan Buquet is accused of sending were addressed to the downtown post office and adjacent federal building, but were intercepted by the Postal Service. No one was injured.
If convicted, Matthew Ryan Buquet faces up to 10 years in prison and a $250,000 fine for mailing a threatening communication. He will remain in custody until his next bail hearing scheduled for May 28.
