SHOCK: The burned bodies of Winter Park High School students Nicholas Presha and Jeremy Stewart were found Wednesday near the Cady Way Trail in Winter Park, Fla. The bodies of the teens, ages 16 and 18, were found by bicyclists on the trail shortly after they were reported missing.
Presha is a son of retired Orange County sheriff’s Capt. Bernie Presha, who now works as an investigator for the Orange-Osceola State Attorney’s Office. Detectives had just notified Presha that his son’s body had been identified when he was contacted by the Orlando Sentinel today.
“This morning the Presha family was informed that their 16-year-old son is one of two victims of a gruesome, senseless and shocking murder,” the State Attorney’s Office said in a statement. “The Presha family’s grief and sorrow is this agency’s primary concern at this point.” Source
There is a sick and despicable undercurrent permeating this country. Not a day goes by when we don’t hear of a gruesome murder on the news. Nicholas Presha and Jeremy Stewart had their whole lives ahead of them, much like Kala Golden Schuchardt who was gunned down by nurse Verna Diann McClain outside a pediatric office in Texas so that she could kidnap her three-day old son, Keegan Schuchardt. The teens were arrested in January on a grand auto theft charge and had entered a teen court program, which is a form of pre-trial diversion.
