Bill Ayers: All U.S. Presidents in This Century, Including Obama, Should Be Tried for War Crimes

Remember Bill Ayers, the guy Sarah Palin accused then-candidate Barack Obama of “palling around” around? Um, guess what? Bill Ayers now says President Obama should be tried for war crimes. So much for that so-called friendship.

Sitting down for an episode of RealClearPolitics’ “Morning Commute,” Ayers told host Charlie Stone that, on policy, Obama receives a “failing grade” along with the “F-minuses” he’s given previous presidents like George W. Bush and Richard Nixon.

“I don’t think he’s let anybody down,” Ayers added, pointing to how during the 2008 presidential campaign then-Senator Obama consistently declared himself to be a “middle-of-the-road, pragmatic politician.” Ayers also described his favorable opinion of Obama’s personality and the fact that he is “interested” and spends a lot of time reading.

Stone pointed out that Ayers views presidents like Lyndon B. Johnson, Nixon, and Bush “with disdain” for their “terrorist” actions, and then asked whether Obama is on that same level for his executive use of drone strikes abroad.

“Of course,” Ayers replied.

“Do you think Barack Obama should be put on trial for war crimes?” Stone asked.

“Absolutely,” the activist answered. “Every president in this century should be on trial for war crimes. Every one of them goes into an office dripping with blood.”

Sarah Palin’s Continued Ignorance: “Let Allah Sort It Out” in Reference to US Intervention in Syrian Crisis

I long for the day when Sarah Palin will disappear from the political landscape because every time she opens her mouth she reminds us of why she was so unqualified for the vice presidency. Trying to sound knowledgeable about the Syrian crisis, Sarah Palin weighed in on President Obama’s decision to arm the rebels, during her speech at the Faith and Freedom Coalition Saturday, saying, “Until we have a commander-in-chief who knows what he is doing…let Allah sort it out.” Really, Sarah, like you knew what you were doing as Alaska’s governor? It should be noted this is a stark departure from her former running mate, John McCain, who wants to see the U.S. intervene by arming rebels.

Palin argued that the U.S. shouldn’t intervene in any Middle East conflict as long as President Obama remains in office. Er, why?  Because George W. Bush and George H. W. Bush had such a great track record in the Middle East, right? Amazing.

Sarah Palin Slams Bill Maher for Mocking Son Trig as ‘Retarded’

I never thought I would stick up for Sarah Palin on anything, but Bill Maher mocked her son Trig, as ‘retarded’ and that’s not right. He owes this woman an apology. He was heckled by former Breitbart contributor Ron Futrell, who had this to say in a post:

I was in the back of the room with friends (who got me my ticket and asked me to go – so no, I didn’t pay) and moved closer to the stage, but was still sitting a good ways back. At that point, Maher made a joke about Halliburton (you remember Halliburton, don’t you? Think way back to a decade ago) and still disgusted, I blurted out, “It’s 2013 Bill, you might want to update your material.” That was as much a comment on him using the “R” word as it was about him using old material. Supposed “progressives” are apparently comfortable living back in the day when the “R” word was used regularly on those with special needs. Maher heard me and responded back. Security approached me and asked me to be quiet—I gladly left The Pearl at The Palms. If they want to call it “kicked out,” I’ll go with that and wear it proudly, kicked out after I spoke up because I don’t like anybody treating people with special needs as targets.

Sarah Palin tweets about Bill Maher’s disgusting attack on her son:

Karl Rove Takes Swipe at Sarah Palin for Being a Half-Term Governor

Half-term Alaska governor Sarah Palin seems to have forgotten that she doesn’t have a track record on stand on in public life, so it’s laughable when she criticizes President Obama or anyone else for that matter. Well, Karl Rove, who had a public meltdown on Fox News on election night, took a swipe at Sarah Palin over not completing her term as governor.

On ‘Fox News Sunday,” Rove responded to Palin’s declaration at CPAC that Republican consultants who “keep losing elections” need to either “buck up” and run for office or “stay in the truck,” saying that as a “balding white guy” he wouldn’t be a particularly good candidate for office, but “if I did run for office and win, I’d serve out my term.” He added, “I wouldn’t leave office mid-term.” You will recall that the Alaska wannabe genius stepped down after half-term.

Fox News Paid Sarah Palin $15 Per Word Over 150 Appearances During Stint at Analyst

Fox News paid Sarah Palin $15.85 per word, for 189,000 words over 150 appearances on various broadcasts on its network during her three years as an analyst. Well, it’s interesting to see if Roger Ailes feels the network got its money’s worth for this train-wreck.

Sarah Palin uttered more than 189,000 words over 150 appearances on various FOX broadcasts during her three years as an analyst at the network, or $15.85 per word

With the three-year contract now expired between FOX News and Sarah Palin, there is a wealth of commentary made by the former Alaska Governor and GOP Vice-Presidential nominee to dissect.

Palin, who was paid a reported $1 million per year as a contributor to FOX since mid-January 2010 when FOX announced her signing, may not have made quite the splash her employers had hoped during this three-year period, and would, on occasion go weeks between appearances.

So, did the network get their money’s worth? Source

Sarah Palin: “I’ve Been Raised to Never Retreat,” Just How to Quit in the Middle of Everything She Starts

Sarah Palin just can’t go off quietly. She seems to think she still has a platform now that she and Fox News have parted company. She told Breitbart News that she’s been able to “free up opportunities” to “share more broadly” her message. Um, what message? How to be a quitter?

Sarah Palin: “I was raised to never retreat and to pick battles wisely, and all in due season. When it comes to defending our republic, we haven’t begun to fight! But we delight in those who underestimate us.”

If the best she can do is Breitbart News then her star is fading fast. Sarah Palin, Alaska’s Quitter-in-Chief, is the last person anyone should take serious about defending the republic. She couldn’t even finish her term as governor. The reality is that Sarah Palin hasn’t brought Fox News the big crowds.

Sarah Palin hasn’t offered anything substantive. Just a whole lot of fluff. Sarah Palin is all about entertainment. Well, that’s questionable on some levels since her reality show was a dud. Sarah Palin has offered nothing but diminishing returns for Fox News, much as she had for John McCain during the 2008 campaign.

FLASHBACK: Greatest Turkey Pardoning Disaster in U.S. Political History Featuring Sarah Palin

FLASHBACK: The greatest turkey pardoning disaster in U.S. politics featured John McCain’s bold vice presidential pick former Alaska Gov. Sarah Palin.

Fresh off a shellacking by then-candidate Barack Obama and his running mate Joe Biden in 2008, Sarah Palin headed to a Wasilla turkey farm to pardon a local bird, which is a common practice among governors. What made it hilarious was that while she delivered her prepared message, which was being videotaped, a man behind her decapitated turkey after turkey, even looking up towards her and the camera.

Watch Sarah Palin make a fool of herself, as usual:

HBO’s Game Change nearly swept all the miniseries categories during Sunday night’s telecast of the Emmy awards, “and the presence of parodied Sarah Palin was felt in the speeches and the winners’ reactions backstage,” according to the Hollywood Reporter. Actress Julianne Moore, who won an award, had this to say: “I feel so validated since Sarah Palin gave me a big thumbs down.”

Sarah Palin calls on Obama to dump Joe Biden:  Sarah Palin is calling on President Obama to dump vice president Joe Biden over his “put y’all back in chains” comments, suggesting he should replace him on the 2012 ticket with Hillary Clinton. Newsflash to Sarah — nobody with an ounce of common sense listens to you.

She added that she hoped Obama would not take such a step because ‘an Obama/Clinton ticket would have a darn good chance of winning’.

‘There weren’t enough groans and boos when he said such a disgusting comment, really, especially to a demographic there that was includes 48 per cent of the community being black Americans, ‘Palin said Tuesday night.

‘Greta, if that’s not the nail of the coffin. Really the strategists there in the Obama campaign have got to look at a diplomatic way of replacing Joe Biden on the ticket with Hillary.’ Source:  Daily Mail

Former New York City mayor Rudy Giuliani questioned Biden’s ‘mental capacity’ to assume the presidency should anything happen to Obama. I won’t even dignify that with a comment, given the fact that Giuliani’s abysmal record on civil rights speaks for itself. Um, I could also question his mental capacity when dissed his wife for his then jump-off and lost miserably in the presidential campaign in 2008. Or even his penchant for wearing women’s clothes on Saturday Night Live over and over. There’s one more that’s too good to pass up — Giuliani’s mental capacity for marrying his cousin.

Back to Sarah Palin…..Her request is interesting and the fact that she recognizes that an Obama-Clinton ticket would win is interesting. Is there some hard feelings with her and the Romney campaign? Is she feeling slighted over the Republican National Convention non-invite? This presidential campaign has gotten pretty mean for all the wrong reasons. This comes as Romney calls President Obama “angry and desperate.” Um, wrong person bro.

Dick Cheney Says It Was a Mistake to Pick Sarah Palin as Vice Presidential Candidate, What About Him?

Former vice president Dick Cheney told ABC News it was a mistake for Sen. John McCain to have picked Sarah Palin as a running mate four years ago. Um, it was also a mistake for George W. Bush to have picked him as a running mate as well. He said he has given Mitt Romney advice, though he won’t say what that advice is.

“That one,” Cheney said, “I don’t think was well handled.”

“The test to get on that small list has to be, ‘Is this person capable of being president of the United States?’”

Cheney believes Sarah Palin failed that test.

“I like Governor Palin. I’ve met her. I know her. She – attractive candidate. But based on her background, she’d only been governor for, what, two years. I don’t think she passed that test…of being ready to take over. And I think that was a mistake.” Source:  ABC News

Dick Cheney is certainly has a lot of nerve. He seems to think people have forgotten that the bottom of the economic bucket fell out under his and President Bush’s watch. George W. Bush and Dick Cheney waterboarded us.
