The Final Call, the Nation of Islam’s official newspaper, published an opinion article calling Glenn Beck a “minion of the synagogue of Satan” for his recent comments about their leader Louis Farrakhan, vowing it will “not allow such vicious assaults” on him.

Minister Farrakhan, speaking on assassinations of foreign leaders and wars started based upon lies, asserted:  “there are murderers in the White House.”  Mr. Beck in a bizarre inference to this statement made by Minister Farrakhan opined that it implied danger to President Obama from the Nation of Islam.

Mr. Beck is a minion of the Synagogue of Satan and as such represents the thinking of those used as their low-level pawns.  This group, Minister Farrakhan identified in his Saviours’ Day address, “…the Synagogue of Satan doesn’t mean that everybody in it is Jewish.  It’s a combination of people, Gentiles, Jews, Black and White that agree on an idea. And some on a lesser level do not know what those on the highest level are doing, but they always give you a noble reason for what they are doing.” Mr. Beck, a man who called President Obama a “racist” is now feigning concern for our Brother President.

Mr. Beck maliciously attacked not only the good name, reputation, integrity, and character of Minister Farrakhan, but also the over half century of redemptive work he has accomplished. Louis Farrakhan in the past called President Obama a “murderer” and an “assassin,” over the death of his friend Moammar Gahhafi. Beck addressed Farrakhan’s warning during his February 27th radio show. Glenn Beck is no paragon of virtue and has said some really crazy things, but so has Louis Farrakhan, so the fact that Abdul Arif Muhammad Esq., could take offense only to Glenn Beck’s comments and ignore those inflammatory statements coming from his beloved leader is just ridiculous.

GOP presidential “frontrunner” Rick Santorum went on Glenn Beck’s Internet-only television show to say that President Obama wants to “indoctrinate” our young people in his desire to see more young people go to college. Um, really? Was he indoctrinated when he went from undergraduate studies to law school? Rick Santorum has just proven once again, he will say whatever it takes to win, even if it goes against positions he has taken in the past.

DALLAS, Texas – Republican presidential candidate Rick Santorum said Thursday that President Obama wants more young adults to go to college so they can undergo “indoctrination” to a secular world view.

In an hour-long interview with conservative television host Glenn Beck, Santorum also defended his record on abortion and his vote in favor of President George W. Bush’s No Child Left Behind education law.

On the president’s efforts to boost college attendance, Santorum said, “I understand why Barack Obama wants to send every kid to college, because of their indoctrination mills, absolutely … The indoctrination that is going on at the university level is a harm to our country.”

He claimed that “62 percent of kids who go into college with a faith commitment leave without it,” but declined to cite a source for the figure. And he floated the idea of requiring that universities that receive public funds have “intellectual diversity” on campus. Source

In other words, we shouldn’t listen to President Obama because he’s trying to “indoctrinate” our kids by encouraging higher education, but we should listen to Rick Santorum and his views because he knows best, right? Intellectual stifling at its best.

This is hilarious. Even Glenn Beck is saying he’s willing to vote for Ron Paul if he runs as an independent. The Drudge Report is also reporting that Gary Busey has endorsed Newt Gingrich. Two questions about that endorsement? Who the hell is Gary Busey and who gives a sh*t if he endorses Newt Gingrich? Um, birds of a feather flock together, considering Gary Busey has a “colorful” past.

Conservative Radio Show Host Glenn Beck Dropped from NYC’s WOR 710 AM Due to "Poor Ratings"

Glenn Beck’s syndicated radio show dropped by New York City’s WOR (710 AM)due to poor ratings.

Glenn Beck’s show was dropped by New York City’s WOR (710 AM) due to poor ratings. Well, who would have thought that he had poor ratings in New York of all places. Are his “listeners” finally getting the message that he’s nothing more than an empty suit pushing vile untruths about anything he doesn’t agree with? According to the NY Daily News, WOR said said this morning it is dropping Beck’s syndicated show as of Jan. 17 and replacing him with a familiar New York name: Mike Gallagher.

“The reason is ratings,” said WOR program director Scott Lakefield. “Somewhat to our surprise, the show wasn’t getting what we wanted.”

Gallagher was a long-time host on WABC (770 AM) before he moved to national syndication several years ago. WOR general manager Jerry Crowley praised Gallagher as a New Yorker who will comment more on local issues than Beck. Source: NY Daily News

Sen. Lindsey Graham (R-SC) Calls Glenn Beck a "Cynic," Says Birthers are "Crazy"

Sen. Lindsey Graham (R-SC) was unusually blunt in his assessment of the fringe elements of the Republican Party and conservative media during an appearance before a crowd of Washington D.C.’s elite power players at The Atlantic’s First Draft of History conference. He called Fox News resident nutjob host Glenn Beck a “cynic” whose show was antithetical to American values. Finally a Republican from South Carolina who seems lucid and able to make coherent statements!

“Only in America can you make that much money crying,” Graham said of Beck. “Glenn Beck is not aligned with any party. He is aligned with cynicism and there has always been a market for cynics. But we became a great nation not because we are a nation of cynics. We became a great nation because we are a nation of believers.”

He called the birther community that questions the president’s U.S. citizenship “crazy” and implored them to “knock this crap off” so the country could get on to more important matters. “I’m here to tell you that those who think the president was not born in Hawaii are crazy,” said Graham, who went on to dispel another myth: that Obama is a closet Muslim. Speaking before The Atlantic’s First Draft of History conference, Graham also ventured to call “crazy” a recent article on Newsmax, laying out how a military coup could overtake the Obama administration. I do agree with his comments that the demagoguery and wild emotions were prevalent to the fringes of both political parties. “There are people out there saying crazy things on our side of the aisle,” he said, “there were people saying crazy things about President Bush. That’s just the way it is. ” There are people who just cannot accept a black president, but I honestly do not think the majority of the people criticizing President Barack Obama are racist. We are all confronting harsh economic realities and people are just plain scared and angry at their plight.

White House Criticizes Fox News and Glenn Beck For Deliberate Misrepresentation of President Obama’s Push for 2016 Summer Olympics

Glenn Beck has once again went on a crazy rant with all his facts wrong. Even the official White House blog had to call this idiot out on his tirade about President Obama’s push to bring the Olympics to Chicago. Online Programs Director Jesse Lee called Beck out and Fox News, or as I like to call them Faux News, for deliberately ignoring the facts “in an attempt to smear the Administration’s efforts to win the Olympics for the United States.” The White House blog post went out to highlight what it deemed as misleading rhetoric on the President’s Olympics efforts:

RHETORIC: BECK SAID VANCOUVER LOST $1 BILLION WHEN IT “HAD THE OLYMPICS.” Glenn Beck said, “Vancouver lost, how much was it? they lost a billion dollars when they had the Olympics.” [Transcript, Glenn Beck Show, 9/29/09]

REALITY: VANCOUVER’S OLYMPICS WILL NOT TAKE PLACE UNTIL 2010. Vancouver will host the 2010 Olympic and Paralympic Games from February 12 – 28, 2010 and March 12-21, 2010, respectively. [Vancouver2010.com, accessed 9/29/09]

Am I to assume that Glenn Beck cannot understand what he reads? There’s a big difference between 2009 and 2010. The White House’s sharp criticism of Fox News and Beck ends with the statement, “For even more Fox lies, check out the latest “Truth-O-Meter feature from Politifact,” linking to another deliberate misrepresentation by Fox News’ of President Obama and the endeavors of his administration.

Joy Behar Slams Glenn Beck, Bill O’Reilly During Appearance on "Reliable Sources" (VIDEO)

Joy Behar of “The View” and soon-to-be host of her own show on HLN, literally took right wing nutjob Glenn Beck to the backyard shed and gave him a tongue lashing. This all occurred during her appearance on CNN’s “Reliable Sources” this morning. She also slammed Bill O’Reilly, but much of her venom was directed to the network clown, Glenn Beck. Behar said she thinks his past struggles with alcohol and drug addiction could be one of the reasons why he cultivates such outrageous personality:

But I think that he is frequently ridiculous and doesn’t make any sense as far as I’m concerned. But he calls himself a rodeo clown, he’s a clown, he’s on the cover of Time magazine. I mean the media just plays right into his hands… He’s addicted to all of that publicity I think. It took the place of drinking.

Dang, I guess she just read Beck like a tawdry Mills & Boon novel. I can tolerate Bill O’Reilly because he is a far more reasonable person than Glenn Beck. I honestly would not ever label Bill O’Reilly as an extremist, much less a racist. Beck, on the other hand, he’s a hopeless nutcase.

Rep. Barney Frank On Jay Leno Show, Calls Out Rush Limbaugh’s Addiction To Painkillers (VIDEO)

Rush Limbaugh will be foaming at the mouth on his show tomorrow morning after Rep. Barney Frank landed a low blow during his appearance on the “Jay Leno Show.” He called out the conservative nutjob’s well-documented addiction to painkillers.

Jay Leno asked Frank, if Frank had to chose-, who he’d rather have dinner with: Rush Limbaugh, Glenn Beck or Anne Coulter?

Frank’s reply? Limbaugh:

I guess of the three, I would take Rush Limbaugh, because it would be very painful and he would come with the painkillers, which he always has.

Ouch that hurts. Rush Limbaugh, if you live in a glass house, don’t throw stones. People can be just as critical of you as you are of them. Er, Barney, painkillers weren’t all Limbaugh was addicted to. Remember the Viagra scandal?

Glenn Beck Says "John McCain Would Have Been Far Worse for the Country than Obama"

Well this is a first. Right wing nutjob Glenn Beck made a startling admission in an interview with Katie Couric to air on CBSNews.com Tuesday evening. He said, “I think John McCain would have been worse for the country than Barack Obama,” Beck told Couric in the debut episode of her new web show, @katiecouric.

Beck’s revelation came in response to Couric’s question about Hillary Clinton, who Beck said he may have even voted for had she been the Democratic nominee against John McCain. What? Quick, someone call the paramedics. The man is delirious.

“I can’t believe I’m saying this,” Beck said, “I think I would have much preferred [Hillary Clinton] as president and may have voted for her against John McCain.” He went on to describe McCain as “this weird progressive like Theodore Roosevelt was.”

So, is Glenn Beck an undercover Democrat? I am sure the Democrats are saying that’s okay. Rethuglicans can keep him. The full interview airs at CBSNews.com Tuesday at 7 p.m. ET.

Glenn Beck’s Next Target Post Van Jones Could be Cass Sunstein, Nominee to Head Office of Information & Regulatory Affairs

Well, it didn’t take us long to figure out Glenn Beck’s next targets:  Cass Sunstein, Mark Lloyd and Carol Browner. According to his Twitter feed, his message last night to his followers was to  “FIND EVERYTHING YOU CAN ON CASS SUNSTEIN, MARK LLOYD AND CAROL BROWNER.” Who are these people? According to the Washington Independent they are, respectively, the nominee to head the Office of Information and Regulatory Affairs, the Associate General Counsel and Chief Diversity Officer of the FCC, and the Assistant to the President for Energy and Climate Change. Browner was also administrator of the EPA for all eight years of Bill Clinton’s presidency.

Beck’s sole motivation is to expose the “czars” who’ve been appointed by the president. Sunstein’s nomination has been tied up by holds and filibusters for months, and Senate majority leader Harry Reid (D-Nev.) only filed for cloture on his nomination at the start of August.

How has Sunstein become so controversial? Basically, right wing websites have twisted his theoretical writings and highlighted bits and pieces that sound downright crazy.  One example comes from CNSNews.com. They claimed he advocated removing people’s organs without explicit consent.

Outlined in the 2008 book “Nudge: Improving Decisions About Health, Wealth, and Happiness,” Sunstein and co-author Richard H. Thaler argued that the main reason that more people do not donate their organs is because they are required to choose donation. … This problem could be remedied if governments changed the laws for organ donation, they said. Currently, unless a patient has explicitly chosen to be an organ donor, either on his driver’s license or with a donor card, the doctors assume that the person did not want to donate and therefore do not harvest his organs. Thaler and Sunstein called this “explicit consent.”

This is expected and since Glenn Beck managed to help force Van Jones to resign, he will be emboldened to continue his “crusade.”
