Samuel Wiggins, 20, of Roswell, Ga., was killed in an auto accident Sunday night on Riverside Road, after his vehicle left the roadway and struck a tree. His passenger, Dillon Rigsby is hospitalized in critical condition.
Excessive speed was a factor, and investigators were awaiting toxicology results to detemine whether alcohol or drugs played a role in the crash, the AJC reports.
