HARRIS COUNTY, Texas (KBTX) — At least four people were injured and another person was killed Sunday morning after a group of people drove into a mall parking lot and opened fire on patrons standing outside a club.
It happened just after 2 a.m. at FM 1960 radio station off Greenwood Forest Drive on the northwest side of Harris County outside the city limits of Houston.
“It appears that more than 50 shots were fired here, which is a very scary situation given that there is a mobile food truck here and the number of visitors outside,” Gonzalez said.
The victims were two men and three women, the motives are not clear.
The Harris County Sheriff’s Office is requesting witnesses and CCTV footage to identify possible suspects.
Those with information are asked to contact the Harris County Sheriff’s Office or Crime Squad at 713-222-TIPS.
