Marist Poll: Hillary Clinton Tops Likely Republican Party Rivals in 2016 Election

A new Marist poll shows Hillary Clinton as a clear frontrunner as the possible presidential candidate for the Democratic Party in 2016. She leads the pack by 63 percent, followed by Joe Biden with 13 percent and Andrew Cuomo with six percent. On the Republican side, there is no clear frontrunner. New Jersey Gov. Chris Christie leads at 15 percent, followed by Paul Ryan at 13 percent and Sen. Marco Rubio with 12 percent.

Among Democrats nationally including Democratic leaning independents, here is how the contest stands:
