Westgate Mall Attack: ¬†As the siege at upscale Westgate Mall in a terror attack by al-Qaeda off-shoot al-Shabaab continues for a third day, the names of those killed are slowly being disclosed. Among the victims are Kenyan President Uhuru Kenyatta’s nephew Mbugua Mwangi, and his fiancee, Rosemary Wahito; Ghanaian poet Kofi Awoonor and Kenyan journalist Ruhila Adatia-Sood.

Also killed are: Ross Langdon, an Australian architect based in London and his heavily pregnant girlfriend Elif Yavuz. Canadian diplomat Annemarie Desloges was killed and her husband, Robert Munk, was wounded in the attack, but has since been released from a local hospital.

Two Indians were killed, Sridhar Natarajan, 40, and eight-year-old Parmashu Jain. Four others were wounded in the terrorist attack. The British Foreign Office confirmed that four Britons were killed in the attack.

French President Francois Hollande said two French women were killed, but their names haven’t been disclosed. One South African citizen was killed, according to the International Relations Department.

China’s official Xinhua News Agency reports a female Chinese national was killed. Her last name is Zhou and she worked in the real estate industry. Peruvian national Dr. Juan Jesus Ortiz-Iruri, a retired UNICEF staff member, was killed in the Nairobi mall attack.
