Filmmaker Michael Moore slammed President Obama, saying “when the history is written of this era, this is how you’ll be remembered: he was the first black president, according to The Hollywood Reporter.
Moore made the comments about Obama’s legacy while speaking at the Toronto Film Festival. He said being remembered as the black president isn’t bad, he’s sure Obama wishes he would be remembered for accomplishing a few other things.
Moore said he’s not confident President Obama will achieve any milestones during the rest of his term in office.
Michael Moore, who was a staunch Obama supporter during the 2008 and 2012 presidential campaigns, has become disillusioned with the president over NSA spying scandal, drone strikes and campaign financing.
This comes as Bill Maher said he may support Rand Paul in the 2016 presidential election over Hillary Clinton.
