Cory Booker (D-NJ) said during an interview on CNN’s State of the Union, that a Hillary Clinton indictment over her private email server is “not going to happen.”
Clinton gave a “voluntary interview” to the FBI on Saturday that lasted for about three and one-half hours as part of the ongoing investigation.
Booker said the interview was routine and expects the investigation to conclude very soon.

It is not clear if there will be any charges, but it doesn’t seem that she will be charged. I would imagine she went into the interview having an idea of where things stand.
Cory Booker, on the other hand, deflected on a question of whether he is being vetted by the campaign as a posisble vice presidential pick. He said, “I’m referring questions about the VP job to the Clinton campaign.”
