Kellyanne Conway dropped some more alternative facts during her appearance on This Week saying that Sen. Kirsten Gillibrand (D-NY) “protected and defended” former President Bill Clinton during his impeachment hearings. Um, one problem with that…Sen. Gillibrand was elected in 2006.
Conway, of Bowling Green Massacre fame, blasted Gillibrand for saying there should be Congressional hearings for the women accusing Donald Trump of sexual misconduct. Again, she came up with lies, saying the women already had their day. Um, nope.
Responding to @SenGillibrand’s tweet that Congress should hold hearings with women who have accused Pres. Trump of sexual assault, @KellyannePolls tells @GStephanopoulos “Those accusers have had their day…I don’t need a lecture from Kirsten Gillibrand or anybody else.” #ThisWeek pic.twitter.com/iefif4Nh4q

Why does the mainstream media keep booking this woman? She lies, throws up smokescreens, lies some more and deflects.
Sen. Gillibrand tweeted in response to Trump defending former White House aides Rob Porter and David Sorensen, who were accused of domestic abuse: “The lives of survivors of sexual assault and domestic abuse are being shattered every day. If he wants due process for the over dozen sexual assault allegations against him, let’s have Congressional hearings tomorrow.”
The lives of survivors of sexual assault and domestic abuse are being shattered every day. If he wants due process for the over dozen sexual assault allegations against him, let’s have Congressional hearings tomorrow. I would support that and my colleagues should too.

Trump tweeted: “Peoples lives are being shattered and destroyed by a mere allegation. Some are true and some are false. Some are old and some are new. There is no recovery for someone falsely accused — life and career are gone. Is there no such thing any longer as Due Process?”
This was from the man who took out a full page ad calling for the death penalty for the Central Park 5 who were exonerated. This is the same man who led the birther movement that claims Barack Obama was born in Kenya.
Twitter claps back at Conway’s alternative facts:
Kellyanne Conway says Gillibrand “protected and defended and harbored” Bill Clinton while he was impeached.
Clinton was impeached in 1999. Gillibrand arrived in Congress in 2007.
(Also: Conway’s definition of “due process” for Trump accusers is their being on TV.) https://t.co/ZDVkeZmDkO

Kellyanne Conway, because when I need facts grounded in reality I turn to a woman who accused Barack Obama of spying on the Trump White House via a microwave oven with a camera in it.

Why do you have her on. SHE IS A LIAR!!!
Gillibrand did not defend Clinton while he was impeached because she was not even elected until 2007.
