Dallas Police finally fires Officer Amber Guyger after she murdered unarmed black man, Botham Jean, in his own apartment after she claims she mistook it for hers.

An internal investigation concluded that Guyger was fired on Sept. 24, for engaging in “adverse conduct when she was arrested for manslaughter” for Jean’s death.

Guyger fatally shot Jean after she claims he did not obey her “verbal commands” when she tried to enter his apartment. The police came under fire after they released the details of a search warrant on Jean’s apartment in which they found a small amount of marijuana. They did not search her apartment. They were accused of trying to smear Jean.
