Hashtag Why I Didn’t Report is trending on Twitter after Donald Trump attacks Christine Blasey Ford after she accused his Supreme Court nominee Brett Kavanaugh of sexual assault 36 years later.
Trump tweeted: “I have no doubt that, if the attack on Dr. Ford was as bad as she says, charges would have been immediately filed with local law enforcement authorities by either her or her loving parents. I ask that she bring those filings forward so we can learn date, time and place!”

There are so many women who are genuinely offended by Trump’s tweet. Let’s not forget that he has been accused of sexual misconduct by nearly 20 women. He paid off Stormy Daniels and Karen McDougal, slapped others with non-disclosure agreements. Trump has defended alleged child molester Roy Moore, wife beater Rob Porter, Bill O’Reilly, Roger Ailes, etc. He bragged about grabbing women by the p*ssy.
I was sexually molested by a woman when I was about eight or nine years old. I was playing in my front yard when she called me over to her house across the street. I went because I didn’t see her as a threat. She told me to come inside because she had something to show me. I went. When I got to her bedroom, I realized something was wrong. I froze. From the moment she pulled me down to when it ended, I was numb and dumbfounded. I went home and didn’t say a word to my mother. I was never the same after the encounter. After all these years, it’s still very painful and I still cannot bring myself to tell my parents. This happened in Jamaica when I was a kid.
Reaction on Twitter to #WhyIDidntReport:
We lived in the same apartment complex, had the same group of friends and went to the same church. I didn’t want to make everyone choose a side. #WhyIDidntReport

My wife confided to me that she was sexually assaulted by her dad's friend who was very close to her family. She was barely 12 years old at that time. She couldn't scream as she was scared and numbed by the fear of what was happening. #WhyIDidntReport

#WhyIDidntReport because he was my neighbor & our families were friends. I knew that my parents wouldn’t believe me & that I would be blamed for being at his place when his mother wasn’t home. I told a friend & he approached him about it & he denied it. His mom called me a liar.

#WhyIDidntReport is breaking my heart. I didn’t report because he was my boyfriend at the time, and his dad was a police officer, no one would ever have believed me.
