Omarosa Manigault-Newman released a secretly recorded tape of Donald Trump and his staffers laughing during a meeting about the deadly Niger ambush that claimed the lives of four American soldiers, including Sgt. LaDavid Johnson.
“They got attacked by 50 real fighters,” Trump can be heard on the audio tape saying. “These were people in many cases that were in the Middle East, that now go to Africa to try and, you know, cause problems there.”
Trump can also be heard saying that he wouldn’t “want to be a terrorist right now,” which elicited laughter from the staffers who were in the meeting.
You will recall Donald Trump attacked Sgt. Johnson’s wife and Rep. Frederica Wilson (D-FL) because they felt he was very insensitive during his phone call to her. John Kelly also called Rep. Wilson a liar and didn’t apologize when he was proven wrong.
