Donald Trump’s ‘coffee boy’ George Papadopoulos‘ last bid effort to delay his prison sentence goes down in flames as an appeals court judge denied his request. He was ordered to report to prison on Monday.
In his denial, U.S. District Court Judge Randolph Moss, wrote that Papadopoulos did not “identify any extenuating circumstances that would overcome the presumption against granting such an eleventh-hour stay.” “The court concludes that Papadopoulos’ motion for a stay pending his appeal of this decision lacks merit.”
Special Counsel Robert Mueller used Papadopoulos’ tweets railing against the investigation and begging for a pardon in court documents. In other words, let your lawyers work on your behalf. Don’t rage-tweet.
Of course, Twitter burst out laughing….
