Democratic presidential candidate Sen. Kamala Harris says Donald Trump is a racist based on his past statements such as calling Haiti and other countries shithole countries.

During an interview with The Root, Harris was asked if she thought Trump was a racist. “When you talk about him calling African-American countries s-hole countries. When you talk about him referring to immigrants as rapists and murderers, I don’t think you can reach any other conclusion,” Harris replied.

Harris’ statement comes after Bernie Sanders clapped back at Trump calling him “crazy” by calling him a racist, sexist, xenophobe and a fraud.

Trump has attacked prominent black Americans by calling them illiterate, low IQ, lowlife dog, dumb and liars. He called Colin Kaepernick a “son of a b*tch” because he sparked a movement of other players taking a knee to protest racism and police brutality during the pre-game national anthem performances.

Trump has no qualms about attacking black and brown people, while giving a pass to white people. He said there were “fine people on both sides” when white supremacists clashed with counter-protesters during the deadly Charlottesville riots. He is quick to condemn shootings involving Muslims and people of color, but muted on white shooters.
