Here we go again: Donald Trump punches back at another dead person with his attacks on former first lady Barbara Bush, and once again, fails miserably.
Trump told The Washington Times in an interview that was published on Thursday, that he heard Mrs. Bush “was nasty to me.” “She should be. Look what I did to her sons,” he added.
“Look, the’s the mother of somebody that I competed against. Most people thought he [Jeb Bush] was going to win and he was quickly out,” Trump continued.
Trump was responding to Susan Page’s new book, The Matriarch: Barbara Bush and the Making of an American Dynasty, in which she stated that Mrs. Bush believed Trump was the “real symbol of greed in the 80s” and was to be blamed for her hospitalization because of his attacks on her sons.
Trump’s latest attack comes after Trump punched back at the late Sen. John McCain and lost. He railed against McCain because he handed over the Christopher Steele dossier to the FBI, like any decent person should have done.
